Mr. Vijay Datt, ld. counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that this bail application has been inadvertently filed as he was under the impression that the earlier application by the same Petitioner was under objections and was not likely to be listed.

It is submitted that the earlier Bail Appl No. 1050/2020 is now listed before Justice Yogesh Khanna and the status report has already been called for on 18th June, 2020. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner therefore seeks to withdraw the present application.
