The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to demolish the unauthorised construction being carried out without any sanctioned plan at property No. J-88 and J-89A, situated in the revenue estate of Rajapuri, New Delhi - 110059. 2.

In view thereof, the petitioner's counsel seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
