Abhilasha is present before this Court through video conference and this Court has interacted with Abhilasha who submits that she is presently staying with her paternal uncle who has assured her that he will bring her to Delhi as she wants to stay at Delhi. She further submits that she had initially requested the petitioner to protect her but she is now requesting the petitioner to withdraw this petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not press this petition any further in view of the statement made by Abhilasha today.

The petition is disposed of.

The parents of Abhilasha shall ensure that no pressure is put on Abhilasha.
