This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the following reliefs:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble court that keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the petition, the FIR bearing No.132/17 dated 21.05.2017, U/s 3/4/5 of Delhi Public Gambling Act, 1955 registered under the jurisdiction of P .S. Rani Bagh, Delhi and the proceeding pending before the Court of Ms. Vasundhra Chhaunkar, ACMM, North West-District, Rohini Court, Delhi may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.

Any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, just and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice."
