This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.03.2020 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi discharging the accused of the offences under Section 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') while remanding the case to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for trial of the offences under Section 323/34 of IPC.

The learned APP for the State points out that on such remand the accused persons have been acquitted vide order dated 05.12.2023 for the offence under Sections 323/34 of IPC as well. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
