This hearing has been held through video conferencing. 2.

The present contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order dated 12th March, 2020, passed in W.P (C) 10219/2019, was not complied with.

Vide order dated 1st June, 2020, the Respondents were granted two weeks' time to take a decision in terms of the said order and also to pay the costs.

Ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that the costs of Rs. 10,000/- have been received and the authorities have also passed a speaking order dated 12th June, 2020. It is further submitted that the Petitioner has challenged the said order on merits.

Accordingly, as the order has already been passed and the order dated 12th March 2020 is complied with, no further orders are called for. The By:PRATHIBA M SINGH
