Pursuant to the last order i.e. order dated 07.07.2020, two affidavits have been filed by the authorized persons of the plaintiff and the defendant. 2.
On behalf of the plaintiff, Mr. Vishal Vig has filed an affidavit dated 09.07.2020. Likewise, on behalf of the defendant, the affidavit dated 09.07.2020 has been filed by its director Mr. Siddharth Rukadikar. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties have expressed satisfaction with the contents of each other's affidavits.

Therefore, as recorded in the order dated 07.07.2020, the suit is decreed, firstly, in terms of prayer clause 37 (a) to (f) of the plaint. 4.1 Furthermore, insofar as the reliefs sought in prayer clause 37 (g) to (h) are concerned, the plaintiff is awarded a lump-sum amount of Rs. 4,00,000/. 4.2 The said amount will be paid to the plaintiff, by the defendant, in two tranches. The first tranche of Rs. 2,00,000/- will be paid within four weeks commencing from 07.07.2020 i.e. or on or before 04.08.2020. The second tranche of Rs. 2,00,000/- will be paid within four weeks thereafter i.e. on or before 01.09.2020.
4.3 Needless to add, the parties will abide by the decree and the directions contained therein.

The suit is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Resultantly, the pending applications shall also stand closed.

The Registry will draw up the decree in the aforesaid terms. 7.
As the settlement has been arrived at an early stage, I am of the view that 50% of the court fees be exempted. The Registry will take necessary steps in that behalf.
