After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants confines his payer to a direction to the Election Officer and the Observer appointed by this Court to conduct the election of Respondent no.1/Society within a strict time frame.

expeditiously as possible, preferably, within three months. Needless to state that the audit directed by the learned Single Judge shall be completed prior to holding of the election.
