The present petition is filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of directions for quashing of the dis-empanelment order dated 18.05.2020 passed by the respondent no. 2.

Mr. Prashant Mehta, the counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and stated that if in future the respondent no. 2 preferred to initiate any legal proceedings for recovery of the amount as paid to the petitioner then the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate defence in that eventuality. 3.

The present petition along with pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
