This order is in pursuance to orders from 5th April, 2019 to 27th January, 2020.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that though the counsel for the defendant no.1 has handed over the copy of the Share Transfer Register on 30th January, 2020 but defendant no.1 may file an affidavit confirming that the Share Transfer has taken place in favour of the defendant no.2 and should place on record the SH-4 Form.

This request should have been made on 27th January, 2020 or immediately after 30th January, 2020, to the counsel for the defendants no. 1 and 2, and not when the matter is listed today. CS(OS) 197/2019

The counsel for the defendant no.1 Pebblebrook Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. today also states that 27% of the paid up share capital of Pebblebrook Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. now stands registered in the name of defendant no.2 Explorers Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. and the counsel for the defendant no.2 Explorers Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. confirms the same. 5.
The aforesaid statements of the counsels are enough and no affidavit as sought is required.

The grievance with which the present suit was filed thus stands satisfied and no further orders are required in this suit. 7.
The suit is disposed of.
