By this application the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that she has to get married on 16th June, 2020.
2.
Petitioner is an accused in FIR No. 430/2018 registered under Sections 302/34/120B IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act at PS Bawana. Petitioner had earlier also filed bail application No. 888/2020 seeking interim bail on the ground of her own marriage which was withdrawn by learned counsel for the petitioner as the Court was not inclined to grant BAIL APPLN. 1081/2020
interim bail on the ground of marriage considering the role assigned to the petitioner and that witnesses of the prosecution are yet to be examined. 3.
Petitioner has filed this second application by re-scheduling the marriage with the brother of one of the main accused in the above-noted FIR.
