Learned counsel for the parties have drawn our attention to the Settlement Agreement [in short, "SA"] dated 29.07.2024 entered into between Mr Varun Gupta and Ms Sheetal Vadher with the parents of the appellant, i.e., Mr Varun Gupta, being the confirming parties. 2.

The appellant/Mr Varun Gupta and the respondent/Ms Sheetal Vadher are physically present in Court. They affirm that they have appended their signatures to the SA. They also state that they have executed the SA of their free will and without any coercion. Parties have been identified by their respective counsel. The SA also bears the signatures of the respective counsel of the parties.
