% 05.04.2019 Petitioners have filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking protection against the respondents No. 2 and 3. Notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice. Parties are present in person. Petitioner No. 2 states that she is residing with her parents/respondents No. 2 and 3 and she does not wish to join the company of the petitioner No.1. She admits that she married to the petitioner No. 1 but does not wish to go with him. In these circumstances, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
