As the earlier Bail Application filed by the applicant before the learned Trial Court was rejected way back on 26.10.2018, it is deemed appropriate that the applicant should first approach the learned Trial Court seeking the relief claimed in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Trial Court by way of an appropriate application, if so advised.
