Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.9.2018 of the Family Court, which is pending before a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the above submission, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to move an application for stay of the execution of the order dated 19.9.2018 before the Coordinate Bench of this

Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
