By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 16.04.2026 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-04 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, and further seeks directions for release of his passport, as well as permission to travel to Singapore for essential medical treatment. 2.
After some arguments, Mr. Madhav Khurana, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the CRL.M.C. 3162/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
