The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to forthwith carryout the demarcation of the land bearing no.314(2) (0-13) situated in the revenue estate of Village Pitampura, Delhi pursuant to his application dated 09.10.2018. 4.
The petitioner states that he had also deposited a sum of ₹45,000/- on 31.12.2018 as the necessary charges for carrying out the demarcation by TSM Method. Although, a date for conducting a demarcation as fixed on 03.01.2019, however, the petitioner could not be present at the site since his
father was admitted in a hospital. The petitioner's grievance is that he has been pursuing with the respondent authority for fixing another date for carrying out demarcation, but his request has not been entertained. 5.
Ms Takiar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that an appropriate date would be fixed and the demarcation would be conducted as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of three months from today. The respondent is bound down to the said statement. 6.
In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the said petition. The petition is disposed of.
