The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Petitioner, by this petition, had sought initiation of proceedings against the respondents for failing to comply with order dated 03.02.2020, passed in W.P.(C) 13444/2019, whereby, the Division Bench of this Court had directed respondents to relieve the petitioner from the State of West Bengal to enable her to joining the State of Chhattisgarh. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1/State of West Bengal submits that order has been passed on 27.07.2020 reliving the petitioner from the State of West Bengal. He submits that the order is MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

subject to the outcome of the special leave petition which has been filed by the respondent No.1 against the subject order dated 03.02.2020. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2/Union of India submits that the Union of India will complete the necessary requisite formalities expeditiously on receipt of the order from respondent No.1. The statement is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions from the petitioner, who is also connected through video conferencing, submits that grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed. 6.

Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. She, however, submits that the order, copy of which has been received, needs to be communicated to the concerned Departments.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.

Respondent No.1 is directed to communicate the order to the concerned Departments, if not already done.
