% 23.06.2020 In compliance of previous order dated 15.06.2020, Mr. Sumit Choudhary, learned counsel for the applicant has filed copy of orders dated 18.12.2017 and 25.09.2018, by which interim bail was granted to the applicant by the learned Sessions Court on earlier occasions. 2.

After making some submissions in the matter however, Mr. Choudhary wishes to withdraw the present interim bail application, with liberty to file afresh, at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
