By way of the present revision petition, the petitioner seeks to set aside the order dated 05.12.2025, whereby the learned Sessions Court has released him on probation for a period of one year and directed him to pay compensation in the sum of Rs. 75,000 to the victim, to the extent of the compensation so awarded.

After some arguments, Ms. Vrinda Bhandari, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for permission to pay the compensation amount in instalments.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
