By this application the petitioner had sought interim bail for a period of 45 days in case FIR No. 259/2013 under Sections 392/394/397/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act registered at PS Ashok Vihar. 2.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition particularly when list of involvement of the petitioner was brought to the notice of learned counsel for the petitioner and that the wife of the petitioner is residing with her parents. 3.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
