The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.4 in the property bearing No. Khasra No. 609/63, Indra Colony School, Black, Mandawali, District Shahdara ('subject property'). 2.

Counsel appears on behalf of respondent/MCD and submits that a Show Cause Notice in respect of the unauthorized construction has been issued on 23rd April, 2026 in respect of the subject property. Further, a Work Stop Notice has also been issued on the same date to the concerned SHO, P.S. Madhu Vihar.

2.1 A copy of the Show Cause Notice as well as the Work Stop Notice have been handed over in Court and are taken on record. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent-MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies available in law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier shall remain protected.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
