Learned counsel for the respondents states that in the meeting held on 12.06.2024, the following decision has been taken qua the petitioners:-  As a principle of natural justice, the committee has decided to grant a last and final opportunity to the petitioners to rectify the deficiencies observed during 9th SCAA and 12th SCAA, as well as to keep the whole infrastructure, machineries and tools & equipment‟s ready as per affiliation norms, 2018.

 The petitioners shall intimate RDSDE Bihar within 1 month from issue of the decision.

 Thereafter, RDSDE shall form the joint inspection team batch in MIMI portal in 2 weeks, as per availability of members. The joint inspection team shall verify the deficiencies as well as the whole machineries, tools and equipment‟s and infrastructure.

In case, the petitioner denies the inspection on scheduled inspection date or seeks further extension, no further opportunity shall be liable to be rejected." 2.

In view thereof, the respondents are directed to conclude the entire exercise within a period of four weeks.

As far as petitioner No. 2, in both the petitions, is concerned, it is stated that no application has been received and in case petitioner No. 2 so desire, they may approach the respondents and a similar view qua them will be taken by the respondents and their grievance will also be dealt with and decided within four weeks. The respondents may communicate to the petitioners herein, if any documents etc. are required to be furnished by the petitioners.

Petitions stand disposed of in the above terms. 5.
