This hearing has been held through video conferencing. 2.

The Applicant seeks regular bail in this matter. He has been charged with committing offences under Sections 302/201/34 IPC and has been in custody since 4th July, 2014. The Applicant was granted interim bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release, by order dated 17th July, 2020. 3.

On being queried, it is submitted by Mr. Mukesh Kumar, ld. APP along with the Investigating Officer ('IO'), Mr. Rohit Rohilla that the conduct of the Applicant during the period of interim bail, has been satisfactory and that he has not violated any of the bail conditions that were imposed by this Court vide order dated 17th July, 2020. 4.

The Applicant has a minor son. Further, in the trial of the case, all the independent witnesses are stated to have been examined and only formal witnesses remain to be examined. The Applicant has also already furnished By:PRATHIBA M SINGH

a personal bond along with the surety, in compliance with the order granting interim bail. Since he has been in custody for more than 6 years and the trial is almost concluded, this Court is of the opinion that the Applicant is entitled to be admitted to regular bail on the same conditions, which are contained in the order dated 17th July, 2020.

Prosecution/concerned IO are permitted to seek cancellation of bail, if any of the bail conditions are violated by the Applicant. No further surety is liable to be furnished.
