This petition, preferred under Section 29A and 39(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks extension of time for passing of the award, by the learned Arbitrator. 4.

Learned counsel are ad idem that the time granted to the learned Arbitrator may be extended by a period of four months. 5.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of by extending the time granted, for passing of the award passed by the learned Arbitrator, by four months from today.
