Mr. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 18.03.2024 of this Court, a copy of the order dated 15.03.2024 of the Financial Commissioner in respect of the lis raised before this Court, was handed over and was perused by him. He submits that after such perusal, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum including the Civil Court for appropriate orders.
