By way of the present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the petition in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, in pursuance of which, a Possession Letter and Receipt, both dated 20.01.2025, has been placed on record.

For the reasons stated in the present application and in view of the above, leave, as prayed for, is granted and the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed and disposed of. RC.REV. 151/2020 In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 16209/2025, the present petition stands disposed of.
