This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of this writ petition on the ground that inadvertently some important grounds and reliefs claimed in the prayer clause have been missed out. He seeks liberty to file fresh petition with complete and better particulars as well as grounds.

Matter has been passed over. There is no appearance on behalf of the Respondents despite the matter being called for the second time. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and stands disposed of.
