Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out to a typographical error in the Order dated 10.11.2023 wherein this Court has observed that ' it is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous' in fact, the submission was made by learned Counsel for the Respondent. The Order dated 10.11.2023, stands corrected to that extent.
