The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(a) grant a writ of Mandamus or such other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent to expeditiously deal with the Complaint of the Petitioner dated February 29, 2016 pertaining to inadequacies in registration of sale-deed dated April 26, 2012 (registered vide Registration No. 7250 in Book No. 1, Volume No. 12184 of Page 160 to 167 on May 3, 2012 at 6.25 pm) by Sub-Registrar-V, Mehrauli, New Delhi and take appropriate action against the guilty as per law." 3.

It is stated that the petitioner had preferred a complaint dated 20.02.2016 alleging that there were irregularities in registration of the Sale

Deed and it has been registered in connivance with some of the officials of the Sub-Registrar.

The petitioner is aggrieved on account of the said complaint not being dealt with.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible.

The other concerned authorities are also directed to ensure all documents/information required by the Directorate of Vigilance are provided.
