Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the order dated 23.5.2019, it has been wrongly typed that the petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2018, whereas it should have been 22.8.2017.

Learned APP submitted that 17 more witnesses are required to be examined by the prosecution. Learned APP further submitted that these remaining witnesses will most probably be examined within six months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having a three years old daughter and he may be granted interim bail to meet his daughter and get her admitted in any school. The petitioner is allowed to move an application for interim bail before the Trial Court, which it may dispose of in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the bail application, with a prayer that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings.
