% 16.06.2020 After some submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and on behalf of the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Bail Appln. No. 1098/2020 as she does not press the grant of regular bail in relation to FIR No. 228/2016 under sections 365/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with liberty to file an application seeking interim bail in view of the ailment of the mother of the petitioner. The Bail Appln. No. 1098/2020 is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
