% 13.03.2020 This petition has been filed by the decree holder for execution of order dated October 18, 2016 in CS (OS) 921/2015. On September 27, 2018 the parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring a settlement. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed a settlement agreement dated February 20, 2020.

Mr. Neeraj Yadav, learned counsel for the decree holder along with decree holder and the judgment debtors, who are present in person state that they shall abide by the terms of the settlement agreement dated February 20, 2020 and the petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Ordered accordingly. The settlement agreement is taken on record and is exhibited as "Exh.-C".

Petition is disposed of.
