% 02.09.2020 Crl. MA. 12099/2020 (filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr. P.C. For extension of interim bail).
This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is therefore, the applicant most respectfully pray before this Hon'ble Court, may kind allow the present application of petitioner to extend the interim bail of the Petitioner/ applicant in the FIR No.0136/2020 registered in the Police Station Khajuri Khas, Delhi under Section 147/148/149/392/435/436/34 IPC, in the interest of justice.
Any other relief (s), this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the above-mentioned be passed in favor of the applicant, in the interest of justice."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Full Bench of this Court on August 24, 2020 in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 titled as Court on its Own
Motion v. State and Ors. had stated that the directions contained in its order dated March 25, 2020 as extended vide orders dated May 15, 2020, June 15, 2020 and July 13, 2020 are further extended till October 31, 2020. The Full Bench in its order dated July 13, 2020 has also clarified that the extension of interim bail/bail/parole shall be applicable to all undertrials/convicts, who are on bail/interim bail or parole as on that date irrespective of the fact that they were released on bail/interim or parole before or after March 16, 2020. The bail order in this case having been passed on June 30, 2020 the petitioner shall also be entitled to the benefit of the order of the Full Bench till October 31, 2020. Hence, the bail granted to the petitioner on June 30, 2020 shall continue till October 31, 2020. It is made clear that his continuance on bail shall be subject to the orders to be passed in the aforesaid petition by the Full Bench. The application stands disposed of.
