% 16.06.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. On the last date of hearing, a detailed order had been passed by this Court granting Anticipatory Bail to the applicant, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned IO/SHO. Learned counsel for the applicant had undertaken that the applicant shall join investigation as and when notice is received for the same. The order also records that the applicant will be bound down by the statement made before the Court.
Status Report has been filed by Mr. Amit Chadha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
In my view, no fruitful purpose will be achieved by keeping the Bail Application pending.
The applicant will be bound down by the statement made before the Court on 03.06.2020 and as and when notice is received for investigation, he
will join the same. It is also made clear that the applicant will not leave the country without prior permission of the Trial Court. Bail Application together with the pending application is accordingly disposed of.
