This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus and/or a suitable writ, order of direction against the respondents thereby directed the respondents to take punitive actions against the erring officials for not doing the investigation in fair and impartial manner;

(ii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus and/or a suitable writ, order of direction against the respondents thereby directed the respondents to arrest the accused persons in the crime committed in F.I.R. No.286 OF 2021 under Sections 304B/498A/34 I.P.C., P.S. Gokalpuri, Delhi;

(iii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus and/or a suitable writ, order of direction against the respondents thereby directed the respondents to change the investigating officer of the case to the senior officer or to handover the case to Crime Branch, so that entire investigation would be completed in a fair and impartial manner;

(iv) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus and/or a suitable writ, order of direction against the respondents thereby directed the respondents to provide protection to the petitioner in the interest of justice;

(v) Pass any other or further orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of case, in the interest of justice."

After canvassing some arguments, Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned ASC, on instructions from the Investigating Officer Insp. Umed Singh, PS: Gokal Puri states that the charge sheet is ready and signed and will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of one week from today. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that at this stage, it would suffice if the charge sheet is filed within the time undertaken, however, liberty be granted to take recourse to remedies available in law, in case of any surviving or further grievance.

Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
