On the last date of hearing, notice of the application was issued to the respondent/State and it was directed that the complainant be represented through a counsel appointed by DHCLSC.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to present it before the concerned court. He submits that the impugned order dated 21.05.2020 was passed by the Trial Court on account of jurisdiction and not on merits of the case. 3.

He further submits that since the regular Courts are now functional, he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the concerned Trial Court for appropriate relief. 4.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned Trial Court. MANOJ KUMAR OHRI, J June 23 2020 'dc'
