The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that the respondents are in breach of the order dated 29.05.2019, passed in W.P.(C) 6455/2015 and that illegal construction of properties has been taking place right under their nose. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has filed a separate set of applications in W.P.(C) 6455/2015, asking for almost similar relief, at CONT.CAS(C) 275/2020 Page 1 of 2

the outset, we have requested learned counsel for the petitioner to clarify as to whether she would like to pursue the present contempt petition or the applications filed by her in the petition. 3.

Ms. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be permitted with draw the present contempt petition alongwith the pending applications while reserving her right to press the applications moved in W.P.(C) 6455/2015.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is dismissed as not pressed alongwith the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J.
