Pursuant to previous order dated 3rd April 2024, status report has been filed as per which, a single piece of ammunition was detected in registered baggage of petitioner who was travelling by Air lndia Flight no.AI 825, whereupon he was asked to produce valid license for the recovered cartridge but he could not produce the same.

The explanation given by the petitioner regarding the one live cartridge was that it was of his cousin Danish at Lajpat Nagar market, who had put it in his bag.
