Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking direction to the concerned SHO for registration of FIR under Section 166/341/342/352/448/506/120B/109 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking setting aside of the Order dated 28.11.2018, passed by the Court of learned ASJ, Saket Court Complex, Delhi and Order dated 10.10.2018, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Court Complex, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits on instructions that she be permitted to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
