This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.121/2024 dated 10.02.2024 under Sections 323/341/336/506/34 IPC read with Sections 27/29 Arms Act, 1959 registered at PS: Jagat Puri. 4.
At the outset, learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State points out that there are two injured victims in the present FIR, however, only one of them has been impleaded.
