Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are arranging for the funds payable to the respondent No.2 as per settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petitions, with liberty to file

the fresh petitions on the same cause of action, whenever the petitioners shall be able to arrange for the funds payable to the respondent No.2.
