The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Indian Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "I. Set aside the order dated 26.02.2019 passed by Sh. Sandeep Yadav, Ld. ASJ-02, Saket Courts dismissing the Revision Petition No. 121 of 2019 titled as 'Ashok Kumar vs. Mala Rishi.

II. Set aside the order dated 03.12.2018 passed by Ms. Swati Gupta, Ld. MM-03 (NI Act), Saket Courts, New Delhi in Complaint Case bearing CC No. 630888/16.

III. Quash the Complaint Case bearing CC No. 630888/16 pending in the court of Ms. Swati Gupta, Ld. MM-03 (NI Act), Saket Courts. IV. Pass any other order(s) which this HonTDle Court may deem fit in the interest of justice."
