CRL.M.C.1844/2019&CRL.M.A.7367/2019 Quashing of FIR No. 0709/2018, under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of IPC, registered at police station Saket, Delhi is sought on merits. Upon notice, Mr. M.S.Oberoi, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that notices under Section 41 of Cr.P.C. and Section 91 of Cr.P.C. has been issued to petitioners to which no response has been filed by petitioners and so the investigation in the FIR of this case is not progressing.

Finding this petition to be premature, this petition and the Page | 1

application are disposed of with direction to petitioners to give an effective response to the aforesaid notices within a period of four weeks from today.
