In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct the concerned W.P.(C) No.3349/2020

respondent authority to treat this writ petition as well as Annexure P-7 annexed thereto as representations and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and government policy applicable to the facts of this case as expeditiously as possible and practicable. 3.
