This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 9 months.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 03.04.2025. 3.

It is stated that the claims and counter-claims were very voluminous and hence, the application for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Issue notice.

Mr. Teneja, learned counsel on instructions of Mr. Narula, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed.

I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 7.
