Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that, in view of Section 3(o) read with Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, the grievance raised in the present Petition falls within the ambit of "service matters" and, therefore, the Petitioners are required to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), in the first instance.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioners is unable to dispute the aforesaid, hence, the Petitioners are relegated to the remedy before the AFT.

In view of the above position, the present Petition is disposed of.
