The limited grievance of the petitioners is that the Tribunal while deciding the O.A. No.2627/2016 preferred by the petitioners vide the impugned order dated 17.10.2018 has proceeded on the assumption that the petitioners are getting "minimum pay scales + DA etc. thereupon". He submits that the petitioners are being paid only the minimum pay scale plus DA and no other allowances. Reliance has been placed on the earlier decision of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 8791/2011 titled Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. Vs. Raj Rani Chachra & Ors.

The respondents cannot dispute the fact that the petitioners would be entitled to such of the allowances as are being paid to other similarly

situated.

We, therefore, clarify the position and dispose of this petition with the direction that the respondents should pay to the petitioners such other allowances as are being paid to others similarly situated.
