This hearing has been held by video conferencing. 2.
This application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0054/2020 under Section 323/341/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi, wherein Section 307 and 394 IPC have been added later on.

This Court by an order dated 29.06.2020 passed in Bail Application No.1140/2020 has granted interim bail to the co-accused- Vinod Kumar Sharma, father of the applicant herein.

For the reason recorded in the said order and as the allegations against the applicant are common, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant as well. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
