This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of parole for a period of days in case FIR No.

256/2010 under Sections 363/364A/302/201/120B/34 IPC registered at PS: Vikas Puri. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the Respondent to dispose of the pending application seeking parole which was filed on 06.03.2024. 3.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Competent Authority to dispose of the parole application within three weeks from today.

Copy of the decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner who will be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law, in case of any surviving grievance.
